Schedule & Class Reservations

Iron Village Strength & Conditioning uses Mindbody Online for all class scheduling and reservations. To ensure the best experience for our members and maintain appropriate class sizes, all participants must reserve their spot in advance through Mindbody.

You can view the latest schedule, reserve classes, manage appointments, and access open gym hours directly through the Mindbody website or mobile app.

Additional Scheduling Information

  • We offer a variety of Open Gym hours throughout the week. Please check the Mindbody app for the most current schedule and availability.
  • Group training sessions typically last 45–60 minutes.
  • Coach schedules may change periodically. For the most up-to-date class and coach information, please refer to the Mindbody website or mobile app.
  • Personal Training sessions are available 7 days per week by appointment only.
