Justin first fell in love with strength and conditioning at the age of 13 as an athlete training for football and lacrosse. His football career continued through the collegiate level, playing at Endicott College. During his time there, he completed internships with both Boston College and Harvard’s Strength and Conditioning programs, and graduated with a degree in Exercise Science.
Following graduation, he moved out to Utah for what was supposed to be 1 winter. Six years later, five of which were spent as a member of the ski patrol at Snowbird, he moved back to the east coast to get back into the strength and conditioning industry full time.
Being in the field since 2010, Justin has experience working with everyone from athletes, to first responders, to stay at home moms and busy professionals, anywhere from ages 9 to 90. Taking an all encompassing view on fitness, he looks to balance strength, conditioning, mobility, and nutrition in both his own training and yours.
