Assessments are a critical first step to ensure members are pain-free and able to perform exercises and movements in a safe and effective manner.
We primarily utilize the Functional Range System (FRS)® and, more specifically, the Functional Range Assessment (FRA)®. This assessment takes a joint-by-joint approach and quantifies a client’s basic movement capacity. Measuring primary joints in the body first will allow us to personalize and lay the groundwork in our program design for when we put everything together and ask for the body to move as one comprehensive unit.
We will also sit down and establish health and fitness-related SMART goals. Creating goals is critical for motivation and for providing us with a realistic and time-driven target to work towards.

Attainable - Do you have the skill and ability?
Realistic - Is it within reason?
Time-driven - Give it a deadline/time-frame
