This is a 4 day per week program with a focus on overall strength, speed, power, agility, and targeted mobility work to help with injury prevention.
An important trait of a strong basketball player, athlete, and human in general, is resilience. The ability to adapt to the circumstances, and come out stronger. Tough times don’t last, tough people do. How will you respond when you’re down two with only a few seconds left on the clock? Will you hang your head and hope you do better next time? Or will you get your teammates fired up, and come out swinging? When the barbells get taken away, and all you have to train is your body weight, will you start thinking about what could have been, and all the training time that is being wasted? Or will you do everything in your power to be as ready as possible. Everyone is in the same boat as you right now. You have the opportunity to come out better. Use it.
